Once you get ANY paid work out of this lead (whether it's a consultation or a full staging project), the referral fee becomes due and payable to Six Elements Inc. This fee is $250 if we are recommending you to a homeowner, and $500 if we are recommending you to an agent (because it could lead to multiple projects/agent referrals).

All referral fee are payable in US funds. It is up to you whether you want to build all or part of the referral fee into the rate you quote the client.
