How and What We Collect
For live courses, refunds will be permitted for up to 48 hours prior to the program start date. After that time no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and at that time, any and all access to pre-course materials or digital products will be terminated.
We have several different information collection areas on our site, from training registration, orders for reports or recordings, to newsletter and quiz sign-up forms.
