On top of the excitement following the results of the US election last night, I’m so pleased to announce the launch of my latest book today- The Staging Diva® Ultimate Design Guide: Home Staging Tips, Tricks and Floor Plans. From today until the date of its official release on December 1, you can pre-order your copy at a special pre-launch price.

Since I started my home staging business Six Elements Inc. in 2002, I’ve documented the design elements that work best in every conceivable home staging scenario.

The result of this is The Staging Diva Design Guide – a compilation of all the tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years through my own experimentation decorating hundreds of houses to sell quickly and for a higher price.

You probably know I don’t believe you need a formal background in interior design to be a successful home stager. The problem is many people with the decorating talent to make it in the real estate staging business are hesitant to move forward without some sort of design direction. I also know many established home stagers who spend a tremendous amount of time and energy worrying about how to plan where the furniture goes in a room. The Staging Diva® Ultimate Design Guide was written with these people in mind.

I expect the Design Guide to be the most popular product in the Staging Diva® Store because of its broad appeal and specialized “how-to” knowledge regarding designing to sell as opposed to designing to live.

The Staging Diva Ultimate Design Guide contains design “how-to” information for every space in a home including attics, hallways, exteriors and laundry rooms. After reading this ebook, aspiring and established home stagers alike will be able to confidently re-design any space in any home, even those kitchens and bathrooms that look like disasters before staging.

This essential home staging resource is brought to life through before and after photos and sample floor plans from my own home staging projects. It contains not only detailed design information for each space in a home, but overall home staging advice, common staging pitfalls and how to avoid them, advice surrounding the role of a stager in the real estate selling process and much more.

Check out the Table of Contents and reserve a copy before November 30 to get the special pre-release price!
