I have a client who has a home in the Hudson, NH area that will be going on the market next year. This home is furnished, with the challenge of having small rooms and large furniture. The home will list around $280,000.
Hudson began as part of the Dunstable Land Grant that encompassed the current city of Nashua, New Hampshire, as well as Dunstable and Pepperell, Massachusetts. When New Hampshire became its own colony, the New Hampshire portion became Dunstable, New Hampshire. This section was eventually subdivided into 3 towns: Nashville (west of the Merrimack River and north of the Nashua river), Nashua (west of the Merrimack River and south of the Nashua river) and Nottingham (east of the Merrimack River). Nashville and Nashua would later merge to form the city of Nashua.
Several years after adopting the name Nottingham, it was discovered that there was already a town named Nottingham further east. As a compromise, the town renamed itself “Nottingham West”, a name it would keep for the better part of a century. The name was eventually changed to “Hudson” to avoid confusion with the older town of Nottingham. The name apparently comes from an early belief that the Merrimack River had once been thought to be a tributary of the Hudson River, or that the area had once been explored by Henry Hudson; both proved to be entirely apocryphal stories, but the name of the town remains today.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
We’ve made it really easy for you to apply for this home staging project. Simply complete the form at the new Staging Diva Home Staging Project Referral Service. Be sure to include “Hudson Staging Project” for the project location in the first line of the form.

If you don’t already have a website or a page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers, it will be more difficult to win this project. It’s hard to convince a client to hire you over the phone if they can’t see your portfolio.
Because of all the traffic I get to my two sites, SixElements.com and StagingDiva.com, I get lots of leads on projects from all over Canada and the US and even in South Africa! I will only refer them to Staging Diva Graduates.
I generate tons of traffic for anyone listed on the Staging Diva site. Only one good project would more than pay for your entire Staging Diva Training Program plus me building and hosting your web page for an entire year! When clients find you on their own from your listing in the Staging Diva Directory, I do not charge you a referral fee.

I have a Florida based real estate agent with a 3652 square foot home that needs to be staged quickly. The home is empty and is listed at $1,250,000.
This opportunity is only available to Graduates of the Staging Diva Program.
There is a $500 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through the referral to this real estate agent. This is a one time fee regardless of how many clients she refers you to, or how many other agents she puts you in contact with and the number of projects that come from that.
If you’re in or around the Celebration area and interested in being put in contact with this realtor, fill out the form here: http://www.stagingdiva.com/projectreferral.html
Please include “Celebration FL Home Stager” as the Staging Project Location.
Also note that if you don’t already have a website or a page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers, it will be tough to join this opportunity. How can this realtor judge your suitability without being able to see your portfolio?
If the idea of putting together a website is overwhelming to you, don’t worry. If you send me photos and copy I can build your page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers. Stagers who are found through their listing in the Staging Diva Directory do not pay referral fees, because I don’t need to get involved in playing matchmaker.
Not only is being in The Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers a great way to pick up staging projects, you’ll get calls from the media as well! Imagine what it does to your credibility to say you were interviewed by The Wall Street Journal or that your staging business is featured in a book? This happened to three of the graduates listed in the directory within the last few months, and there’s no reason it couldn’t happen for you too!
Because of all the traffic I get to my two sites, SixElements.com and StagingDiva.com, I get lots of leads on projects from all over Canada and the US and even in South Africa! I will only refer them to Staging Diva Graduates.

I have a client who has a home in the Toronto area that will be going on the market in May or June. It’s an 1800 square foot home that will list at $749K. The home is completely furnished.
As Canada’s economic hub and a major global city, Toronto has highly developed finance, telecommunications, transportation, media, software production and medical research industries. The city is home to the CN Tower and a majority of the country’s corporate head offices and transnational corporate offices. Toronto’s population is cosmopolitan, which reflects its role as a major destination for immigrants to Canada.
Because of its low crime rates, clean environment and generally high standard of living, Toronto is consistently rated one of the world’s most livable cities by the Economist Intelligence Unit and the Mercer Quality of Living Survey. In 2006, Toronto was rated as the most expensive city in which to live, in Canada. Clearly Toronto is filled with opportunities for the home stager.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
We’ve made it really easy for you to apply for this home staging project. Simply complete the form at the new Staging Diva Home Staging Project Referral Service. Be sure to include “Toronto Staging Project” for the project location in the first line of the form.

I have a client who has a home in the Montréal area that will be going on the market soon. It’s a large, 1,580 square foot home that will probably list around $465K. The home is furnished. The client would prefer to hire someone who speaks French.
Montréal is the second largest city in Canada and the largest city in the province of Quebec. Originally called Ville-Marie (City of Mary), the city had come to be known as Montréal, a name derived from Mont Royal (literally Mount Royal), the name of the three-head hill at the heart of the city.
Formerly the metropolis of Canada, it is the second largest French speaking city in the Western world, after Paris. As of the 2001 Canadian Census, 1,588,590 people resided in the territory of the city of Montreal proper (new 2006 demerged territory/the island of Montreal is about 1,900,000). The population of the Montreal Census Metropolitan Area (also known as Greater Montreal Area) is estimated at 3,720,000 in 2006. Montreal is ranked as the 15th-largest metropolitan area in Northern America and 77th in the world. Clearly this area has lots of opportunities for home stagers!
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.

I have a client who has a home in the Gambrills area that will be going on the market soon. It’s a large, 3,000 square foot home that will probably list around $750K to $850K. The home is only partially furnished.
Gambrills is an unincorporated town in Anne Arundel County, Maryland with a population of 7,159 as recorded in the last census in 2000.
Gambrills’ claim to fame is the U.S. Naval Academy Dairy Farm, a local highlight ranking right on up there with the post-office and family-owned feed store. By Dairy Farm Road, there is also an impressive corn maze that spans 11 acres! The paths wind around for three miles.
In the past decade, the farm was leased to Horizon Organic who used it as a “farm and education center” until they couldn’t afford the upkeep any more. Even though Horizon is gone, the feed store is still there.
Gambrills is much more than just a post office and feed store. Gambrills is home to one of the largest and most acclaimed Day Spas and Salons in the Eastern United States- Robert Andrew, of the famed Waugh Chapel center, which also contains fine shopping and dining, medical facilities, and a senior condominium community. Soon there will be a Wegeman’s Grocery Store as well. The Gambrills area is very prestigious with an average annual income of $80,000+ in the surrounding 5 mile radius. Gambrills is less than 20 miles from Baltimore, Washington, and Annapolis, making it a perfect area to live, work, and play.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
We’ve made it really easy for you to apply for this home staging project. Simply complete the form at the new Staging Diva Home Staging Project Referral Service. Be sure to include “Gambrills Staging Project” for the project location in the first line of the form.

I have a client who has a home in the Baltimore area that will be going on the market soon. It’s a large, 3,000 square foot home that will probably list around $575K. The home is furnished.
Baltimore is an independent city located in the state of Maryland. As of 2005, the population of Baltimore City was 641,943 and the Baltimore-Towson metropolitan area (MSA) had approximately 2.6 million residents. Baltimore is also part of the even bigger Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area (CMSA) of approximately 8.1 million residents. Baltimore is the largest city in Maryland and the fourth largest city on the East Coast; its metropolitan area is the 19th largest in the country.
The city is named after the founding proprietor of the Maryland Colony, Lord Baltimore in the Irish House of Lords. Baltimore became the second leading port of entry for immigrants to the United States during the 1800s. The city is a major U.S. seaport, situated closer to major Midwestern markets than any other major seaport on the East Coast.
Because there is also a Baltimore County surrounding (but not including) the city, it is sometimes referred to as Baltimore City when a clear distinction is desired.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
We’ve made it really easy for you to apply for this home staging project. Simply complete the form at the new Staging Diva Home Staging Project Referral Service. Be sure to include “Baltimore Staging Project” for the project location in the first line of the form.

I have a client who has a home in the Duncan area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 2,000 square feet, vacant and will list for $300,000. The home will go on the market in the Spring of 2007.
Duncan is about 50 kilometres from both Victoria to the south and Nanaimo to the north. Although the City of Duncan has a population of just 4,812 it serves the Cowichan Valley, which has a population of 77,561. Duncan is the seat of the Cowichan Valley Regional District. It derives the name from Quw’utsun’. Literally translated from Coast Salish into “The Warm Land”. Duncan records the highest average winter temperature in Canada at 11c.
Duncan’s tourism slogan is “The City of Totems”. The city has many totem poles around the downtown area, which were erected in the late 1980’s, including the world’s largest Totem pole, carved by First Nations artisan Simon Charlie.
Duncan has a large First Nations community, and is the traditional home of the Coast Salish Natives, who are the largest band in the Coast Salish tribe. The Salish are makers of the world famous Cowichan Sweaters.
Duncan has the world’s largest ice hockey stick, which is on display on the side of the local arena (Cowichan Community Centre). The stick was made specifically for Expo 86 in Vancouver. The accompanying puck, however, is not the world’s largest puck.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.

I have a client who has a home in the Hyattsville area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 2,500 square feet, vacant and will list for $480,000 - $540,000. The home will go on the market in April.
The city was named for its founder, Christopher Clark Hyatt. He purchased his first parcel of land in the area in March 1845. He thought the proximity to the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad tracks and the telegraph lines made the area a good site for a town, and the surrounding farmlands were soon subdivided into housing lots. The name Hyattsville was being used for the settlement by 1859.
As a community inside the Capital Beltway, Hyattsville enjoys easy access to Washington and Baltimore by the West Hyattsville and Prince George’s Plaza stops on the Metro subway system’s Green Line or by MARC commuter rail trains on the Camden Line in the neighboring town of Riverdale Park.
The historic district of the city is home to a number of Victorian houses built in the late 1880s and Sears bungalows and Arts & Crafts houses built between the wars (late 1910s and early 1940s). This is a playground for home stagers!
In 1992, a portion of the city was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Hyattsville Historic District; the district was extended in late 2004.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.

I have a client who has a home in the Pleasant Valley area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 3,600 square feet, will be vacant within the next month and will list for $839,000. The home will go on the market February 11th.
Pleasant Valley is a hamlet in Dutchess County, New York. The village is on US Route 44 and Wappinger Creek.
Settlers began arriving after 1735. The town was part of the Great Nine Partners Patent of 1697, a land grant whose legality was considered highly questionable. Many believed that the “Nine Partners” were holding unfair rule over the region through the use of extortion and threats of violence. The town was formed in 1821 from part of the Town of Clinton. Its name was chosen to deflect suspicion due to the infamous Henry Dodson Murder Case, in which the town councilman was found brutally slain, with rumors that he had opposed the Patent on grounds of its dubious legality.
There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
If you’re interested in this Pleasant Valley staging project, email me with:
- Your name
- Company name
- Phone
- Email
- The address of your website
- Your agreement to the referral fee should the client hire you
Please include “Pleasant Valley Staging Project” in the subject line of your email.

I have a client who has a home in the Stouffville, Ontario area that needs a home stager soon. The home is 1,000 square feet, vacant and will list for $300,000. The home will go on the market in March.
Stouffville is the primary urban area within the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. It is centered at the intersection of Ninth Line (County Road 69) and Main Street (County Road 14). It is named after its founder, Abraham Stouffer.
Housing developments began to boom in the 1950s mainly in the northern part. The suburban housing developments continued through the 1980s mainly slightly north and south of the community. Unlike other parts of the Greater Toronto Area, Stouffville’s population remained the same throughout the 1990s. In 1995, a portion Highway 47 east to Toronto Road, 2 km east of Highway 48 which used to run for 2 km with Stouffville Road and ran with Ninth Line was moved north as a bypass of Stouffville and shortened 4 km of its total length. The highway began near Bloomington Road. The nearest industrial area is found 7 km northeast in the western part of Uxbridge. The industrial area was formed in the late 1990s.
The urban area has the longest length of about 2.5 km and the width of as far as 600 to 700 m. Farmlands are to the west, northwest and west while forests dominate the northern part and around the area. Much of the area is not hilly even though most of the area is part of the Oak Ridges Moraine. A CN railway with GO Transit trains passes through Stouffville. There is a $250 referral fee but ONLY if you get any paid work through this referral.
