How it's done
After calling Styled and Sold, a two-hour consultation will be scheduled. Styled and Sold will research the demographics and check out the competition.
You and Allegra will walk through your home in an organized fashion. She will identify your home's best features and take steps to highlight them. Conversely, any negative features can be downplayed.
At the end of the meeting, you will have a complete “punch list” outlining all suggested changes. You can opt to complete the work yourself or you can let Styled and Sold take on some or all of the tasks, making preparing your home for sale truly stress free.
