Description of the areas you serve (include your state or province, country and up to 10 city/county/neighborhood names)
3 sets of before and after photos (jpg)
An extra detail shot that can be used within the copy, for example next to a bullet point list (jpg)
Photo captions for each of the three before/after groups (not counted as part of your 600 words)
Up to 600 words of copy about you and or your company (if you type your copy in a program like Microsoft Word, you can do a word count there)

| What's a "jpg"? What's a GIFF?
A "jpg" or "JPG" is a digital image. If you take your before and after photos with a digital camera, your images are already in that format. Just email us what comes out of your camera!
If you have a designer create your logo, ask them to email you a copy of it in JPG or GIFF format. They'll know what that is.

When will my listing appear in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers?
It can take up to 7 days to complete your page once we have all your materials. You will have an opportunity to proof read your listing and links, and have any errors corrected at no charge.

Cost for a Listing in The Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers
The special one time charge when you order of US$395 to build your page includes:
• Page set up and linking fee - this covers our time to set up your page, retouch your photos, input photos and text, build links and create meta tags.
• One set of corrections when we first build your page so you can correct any copy, photo or link errors or omissions. If you decide to rewrite your copy or submit new photos at this point, we will charge for revisions.
We require 7 days to build your page from when you submit all your materials, which is why there is a delay before we bill you for hosting.
Hosting fees include:
• Having your Directory listing, also called a Profile Page, hosted on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers. In other words, we put your page on our web server and make sure it's online for people to visit.
• Ongoing benefit of all the publicity Staging Diva receives and any advertising support of the Directory
• Ongoing benefit of search engine optimization efforts

You can update photos/captions at any time for the nominal fee of $75 (for up to 7 photos, includes retouching) and replace all your copy for $125.
We'll rebuild your page with the changes you want.
