Add our email address: debra@stagingdiva.com, to your address book:

1. Click on the Mail menu
2. Click on Address Book
3. Click the Add button
4. Type or copy & paste debra@stagingdiva.com into the "Other E-Mail" field
5. Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the check box
6. Click the Save button

Yahoo!

 

We have had great difficulty delivering our email to Yahoo addresses. Unfortunately, unlike every other major service, they do not give you the opportunity to white list email addresses to indicate who you want to receive email from.

Please consider changing to a GMail or Hotmail account, for free email delivery options.

You will need to add our email address: debra@stagingdiva.com to your safe list:

1. Open your mailbox and click "Options"
2. Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link
3. Select the "Safe List" link (2nd from bottom)
4. Type or copy & paste debra@stagingdiva.com into the box called "Type an address or domain"
5. Click the "Add" button next to the dialog box

You will need to add our email address: debra@stagingdiva.com to your contacts list:

1. Click Contacts
2. Click Add Contact
3. Type or copy & paste debra@stagingdiva.com into the primary email address
4. Click Save
5. Click Spam along the left side of the page
6. Check the box next to debra@stagingdiva.com
7. Click Not Spam button

Mozilla Thunderbird

 

You will need to add our email address: debra@stagingdiva.com to your address book and configure your controls to white list your address book.

Add debra@stagingdiva.com to your address book:

1. Click Address Book
2. Make sure Personal Address Book is highlighted
3. Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other.
4. Under the Contact tab, type or copy & paste debra@stagingdiva.com into the Email dialog box
5. Click OK

You also have the ability to right-click any email address you see in Thunderbird and select "Add to Address Book."

Here are the directions for white listing your entire Personal Address Book:

1. From the main drop down menu, select "Tools -> Junk Mail Controls..."
2. Junk Mail Controls window will open and it has two tabs:
Settings and Adaptive Filter
3. Under the Settings tab, update the "White Lists" by selecting Personal Address Book from the pull down menu and then check mark the box next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail"
4. Click OK

You will need to add debra@stagingdiva.com, to your safe senders list:

1. Go to Tools
2. Click Options
3. Preferences tab
4. Click Junk E-mail.
5. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
6. Add address, copy Type or copy & paste debra@stagingdiva.com
7. Click OK.

If you utilize a webmail or other email system, you can typically bypass SPAM filters by typing or copying & pasting debra@stagingdiva.com into your address book, contact list or safe list.

If you are not receiving our emails, check your SPAM, bulk and/or junk mail folder. You can typically choose to mark these messages as “Not Junk” or “Not SPAM”.
