It is truly baffling how many agents still resist the idea of staging. I so often hear the mantra: "Oh, people can look through the clutter" when we all know that most can't. I thought it was only like this in Europe but was looking at some listings for the DC area the other day and saw several houses where the photos were so bad that you doubted the owners/agents wanted to actually sell these houses.
