I am a new stager and was faced today with the possibility of a new vacant home being sold while I am only 1/2 done with the staging. What happens if someone makes an offer on it? The builder may not want to pay me my full amount thinking he doesn't need me to finish if it's just gotten sold. Help??? I have a question.
