Dear Debra
Please help me.!!! I am finding people with their homes for sale in this economy
do not want to put out the money to stage their homes and yet the same people
will reduce the price of their homes by $20.000?How do we make them understand
what a stupid move this is? Please Advise.I am also going to forward you the pictures of my home in hopes of getting your feedback.
Warmest Regards
Marilyn
Hi Marilyn,
I totally discuss how to get people to appreciate the value of staging and how it’s less expensive to them then dropping their asking price in courses 3 and 4 of the Staging Diva Home Staging Training Program.
If you one on one coaching in this regard and/or want me to evaluate photos for you, please consider Staging Diva Business Accelerator Coaching. While I do share tons of free advice, I can’t do detailed one on one consultations for free. As you can imagine I hear from hundreds of people a day who want my help.
