		<description>I agree with decluttering the garage; shelving works but those shelves collect dust and debris when the garage door is open. Space can be a premium in a garage but one solution I saw was  a narrow cabinet built along the back wall of the garage; it integrated well with the space.
Clean floors impress; there are products that clean the gunk - oil, grease - that always seems to accumulate in puddles.  Another solution is the SnapLockTiles that are made for garage floors.  They are made to take the weight of vehicles, water drains underneath them and they can be moved with the house. Paint tends to wear quickly and buyers who have had to deal with this in the past know that a painted floor will need attention.</description>
