I tried to market to FSBO sellers when I first started my business, but I never had any luck when I approached them. I think they looked at me the same way they looked at realtors … “Just another person trying to get a chunk of my equity!” Unless a FSBO reaches out to me, it looks like I won’t have the opportunity to sell them on my service. I should get in front of those new FSBO specfic companys that help these sellers with MLS listings and closing tasks. Maybe my web link on their site would do the trick?

What a timely article. I have been researching the fsbo market. Thanks for the article; I think I will go ahead and look for ways to connect to these sellers.
