You don't have to be a member of the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers to get business leads from me, but you do have to be a Graduate. Members of the Directory get business leads for free, graduates who aren't part of the Directory pay referral fees if they get hired (since it takes time and money for me to put you and the client together). Although I am hoping to purchase your staging training this Spring, there have already been a few projects through Staging Diva out there I couldn't vie for. I research your website almost every day. You are a wealth of information!!! I don't even bother with other home staging sites anymore.
