Debra Gould, The Staging DivaHome Staging Business Report, gets a whole new look for 2009. This blog is filled with articles related to the business of being a home stager. My goal is not only to provide information, but inspiration too, as I’m a firm believer that mindset is key in being a successful entrepreneur.

The Home Staging Business Report blog also advertises home staging projects all over the world

These staging jobs are open to the more than 1000 Graduates of the Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program. Projects come in because of my frequent media appearances and long-established reputation in the home staging industry. After all, I’ve been educating the public about the benefits of home staging, and why they should hire home stagers, since 2002!

If I’m contacted about a home staging project, and I don’t have a member in the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers for that location, the project is posted here on the Home Staging Business Report blog. I also provide details about the location, price range of home, whether it’s furnished or not and when it will hit the real estate market.

My network of home stagers live across the US and Canada, as well as: Brazil, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Italy, France, UK, Philippines, Barbados, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Amazingly, I’ve been able to match graduates in many of these countries with homeowners and real estate agents right in their neighborhoods.

Please post your comments here and let me know what you think of the new look for this blog!

Hi Jill, I’m glad you have found all my materials so helpful and look forward to adding you to the list of Staging Diva Graduates so that I can send projects your way.

You don’t have to be a member of the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers to get business leads from me, but you do have to be a Graduate. Members of the Directory get business leads for free, graduates who aren’t part of the Directory pay referral fees if they get hired (since it takes time and money for me to put you and the client together).

Hope that clarifies things!

Best,
Debra

If I am understanding correctly, I’m glad to hear you are opening your prospective staging clients to non-member Staging Diva graduates. Although I am hoping to purchase your staging training this Spring, there have already been a few projects through Staging Diva out there I couldn’t vie for. I research your website almost every day. You are a wealth of information!!! I don’t even bother with other home staging sites anymore.
