There’s a homeowner in Satanta, Kansas looking for a professional home stager. This 2000 square foot home is furnished and will be put on the market in May at the price of approximately $165,000.

Kansas wheat fieldSatanta, Kansas is a safe small community with a thriving main street. According to the Satanta website, this small town has many up-to-date facilities including a modern hospital.

The fresh air, slow pace and low crime rate would make Satanta a great place to live and raise children while operating a home staging business.

We’ve made it easy for you to apply for this home staging project. All you need to do is complete the form at the Staging Diva Home Staging Project Referral Service.

Please include “Satanta, KS Staging Project” as the project location in the first line of the form.

You must be a Staging Diva Graduate and have a professional Internet presence and/or a page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers to be recommended for this position. The reason for the latter being, I can’t convince someone to hire you if they can’t study your portfolio.

If you get any paid work through this referral, there will be a $250 referral fee.

Because of all the traffic I get to my two sites, SixElements.com and StagingDiva.com, I get lots of leads on projects from all over the United States and Canada, and as far away as England, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, South Africa and Israel! I will only refer them to Staging Diva Graduates.

I generate tons of traffic for anyone listed on the Staging Diva site. One good project would more than pay for your entire Staging Diva Training Program plus building and hosting your web page on the high traffic Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers for an entire year! (When clients find you from your listing in the Staging Diva Directory, I do not charge you a referral fee.)

Hi Debra,
I just submitted all of my information for the directory and went immediatly to this link to look up potental jobs. I noticed the job in Santanna Kansas and I was wondering; could we offer to do some of these jobs virtually?
I have been doing some problem solving for customers using pictures and it occured to me I could do this virtually and then I saw you offered this service already on your site. What do you think?
Also: Thank you for answering my questions regarding my directory information. Really helped me get focused.
