Home Stager needed for builder in Burlington

Burlington home to stageI have a custom home builder who needs a home stager. This 3000 square foot Burlington Ontario home (at right) has been on the market since last fall.

I’ve looked at the listing and it’s as boring as you’d expect with a bunch of empty rooms just crying out for a stager! This almost sad looking, but all-new, house can be turned into a home with the right touches!

This custom homebuilder has never used a stager before but if this project proves successful, they want to keep working with you. Especially for a new high-end home they’re now completing on spec in the prestigious Roseland area which will be ready to stage this spring.

This builder’s homes are primarily in Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding areas. This a great lead to many profitable staging projects given that you’d potentially have multiple empty homes to fill every year with furniture and accessories.

The referral fee for this home staging project is $500 but only if you get actual paid work out of it. This fee is to cover my time advertising this project, playing matchmaker for you, and the fact that I’ve invested four years in building my Internet profile and media exposure to be able to attract these home staging project leads.

Normally the referral fee would be $250, but this contact can lead to several projects for you (one now and another in a few months, plus others to come) since it’s for a custom homebuilder. The $500 referral is a one time fee no matter how many projects you get from this one contact. It’s payable with your first paid project with the company.

If you’re interested in this Burlington staging project, email me ASAP with:

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • The address of your website
  • Your agreement to the referral fee should the client hire you

Please include “Burlington Custom Builder Staging Project” in the subject line of your email. If you don’t already have a website or a page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers, it will be more difficult to win this project. It’s hard to convince a client to hire you over the phone if they can’t see your portfolio.

Because of all the traffic I get to my two sites, SixElements.com and StagingDiva.com, I get lots of leads on projects from all over Canada and the US and even in South Africa! I will only refer them to Staging Diva Graduates.

I generate tons of traffic for anyone listed on the Staging Diva site. Only one good project (like this one) would more than pay for your entire Staging Diva Training Program plus me building and hosting your web page for an entire year! When clients find you on their own from your listing in the Staging Diva Directory, I do not charge you a referral fee.

Staging sounds really useful and we need to look into that in the Houston area!
