Each home staging consultation starts with an in-home visit that begins the transformation from a home designed to live in, to one that is market ready. Consideration is given to your budget, time available before listing, your target market and selling price.
The consultation includes a written detailed plan outlining the steps needed to achieve the overall vision for your home. You can decide whether you wish to do the work on your own or have your staging consultant perform it. Your plan will clearly identify who is responsible for carrying out each task. A peaceful and inviting retreat was created. We removed the fireplace clutter, books and magazines, rearranged existing furniture, cushions and accessories, and one piece of rental art completed the look.
