Home was listed for 3 months and the best offer was $350,000. Hired Debra for a 2 hour consultation, during which she moved furniture and accessories, identified items for off site storage and suggested new bedding for the master bedroom. Once the changes were complete, the home sold within days for $361,000. An $11,000 return on a $600 investment!
Home was listed for $949,900 and had no offers after 6 weeks. The agent wanted to reduce the selling price by $50,000. Instead they hired Debra for 8 hours, during which she moved furniture and art, and purchased new bedding for two rooms. The owner received three offers within the week and sold for 98% of the original asking price. Over $30,000 profit on a $1600 investment.
Agent was going to list home for $769,900. After Debra arranged for several items to go to off site storage, brought in accent furniture and art for many rooms and rearranged the owners existing items, the agent decided to list at $799,900.
